As India is busy celebrating ISRO successfully landing Chandrayaan 3 on the lunar south pole, an old video of Kareena Kapoor Khan has gone viral on social media. The actress has time and again received flak for her being unaware about the happenings around the world and illogical statements. It was in 2014 when she was asked about India’s achievement in launching the Mangalyaan satellite into Mars’ orbit as she was addressing the media at a promotional event. It was her reaction to the question that made the internet dub her as dumb.
In the video posted on the subreddit Bollyw Blinds N Gossips, a journalist can be heard asking for her thoughts on the Mangalyaan being successfully launched. She appears to be confused as the question was asked in Hindi. Unaware of the achievements by the Indian scientists, she urged the reporter to translate his question in English. Well, it seems like Kareena’s quirky attitude didn’t go down well with the audience as they immediately took to the comment section of the post to brutally mock her as well as the journalist. One wrote, “Looool what is this. Poor lady is just trying to sell shampoo pls stop.” Another wrote, “This is why it makes me chuckle when the new girls say they aspire to like Kareena.
